I used to do a lot of Random Picture Day posts back in the day. This was one of my favorites. Today’s installment… a stacked pebble tower!

“Oh, Andy loved geology. I imagine it appealed to his meticulous nature. An ice age here, million years of mountain building there. Geology is the study of pressure and time. That’s all it takes really, pressure, and time. Like I said, in prison, a man will do almost anything to keep his mind occupied. Turns out Andy’s favorite hobby was totin’ his wall out into the exercise yard, a handful of pebbles at a time.”

“Nineteen years is a long time for me and the rest of the guys to drive ourselves crazy wondering over the weird stone piles that were always popping up in the yard… and that damn over-actor could have told us what they were the whole time. If I ever make it down to Zihuatanejo the first thing I’m going to do is slap my friend right in the mouth.”
