Who’s up to read the 7 page eulogy I gave at my husband’s funeral? Anyone?

I really had a focus on HIM not US when I was writing this, as I didn’t want even a smidge of his eulogy to be seen as self aggrandizing… as I’d seen someone else do at a different funeral before. But I did get to speak to our love story and relationship on the boat when we were all going around and sharing memories before we scattered his ashes. Just to like- let you know my intention with this.

Easter, Capitalism, and Backyard Nazgūl

Happy Easter! And hey, didn’t all the fake outrage over Biden naming the 31st as Trans Visibility Day illustrate exactly how many adults, like operating vehicles and everything, are out there who don’t know Easter is on a variable Sunday each year and not a specific date? And also, that it’s Trans Visibility day makes me laugh that there are all these folks out there muttering under their breath “shut up, dickhead, we’re trying to pass over here!” 10 of 10 all the way around.
